Just a follow up. I moved to the 16th floor. I can still hear the loud music from the roof. It was quite loud at 8 pm. The music goes to midnight but sometimes later. They can’t really tell me which days are later, just that if it’s busy, they can go until 1 pm. While the music is less loud, I could hear a lot more street noise.

I asked if there’s a quiet room. The front desk asked if I wanted to go all the way down? She warned me that there’s also music from the second floor.

So I asked if there are any floor where you don’t hear loud music. Not available rooms, just any room or floor so I can plan for the future. She didn't have an answer and basically shook her head.

It’s otherwise a lovely hotel but given the sound insulation issues (windows, but you can also hear music blasting through elevator shafts and hallways), it will be a hard pass for me in the future.
