I review every paper statement as I receive it. As far as I know from reading multiple threads the only notification was an email and multiple reports of people not receiving it. It is what it is and what is important to me is getting it back to 1:1.. it is important to bring it to the attention of others here as it signifies a change for the worse...and the potential for that change to spread to other cards.
