I ended up converting my years old thank you preferred to the double cash via a link in an email they sent yesterday...my cards are linked to same acct as well so hopefully it kicks in as soon as I get the replacement card .. the only benefit of the old preferred was it still had ext warranty but the syw has that benefit ... Ty doesn't as far as I know.

EDIT- within 3 days the doluble cash card showed up on my online account and i was able to cash out at 1:1 again...
