Do you access the two quarterly Summit wifi passes the same way as the monthly Access pass?

Alaska Wi-Fi Passes
Stay connected when you fly.
Receive 8 Alaska Airlines single use flight Wi-Fi passes annually (2 per calendar quarter). Wi-Fi passes are credited each calendar quarter for a total of 8 Wi-Fi passes per year (every 12 months from account open date). Passes will be credited to the primary cardholder's Atmos™ Rewards account on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 and are valid through the end of the quarter in which they are issued. To use a pass, connect your device to AlaskaWifi.com.

Also, it would appear that the webpage for the monthly Internet plan is no longer valid?

Added:

1) Yes, you access the Summit wifi by last name and seat number.

2) From wifionboard customer service:

My apologies, unfortunately we do not offer the option to purchase the WiFi subscription on ground, you must be in flight to purchase it, you just need to connect to the network, open your browser and go to wifi.inflightinternet.com
