I’m sure I’ve done this by phone in the past but had two agents today say isn’t possible.
If you are using the voucher for two people it can can only apply oneway and the outbound and inbound need to be made on separate references. The problem being your voucher then cant be applied to the inbound on separate booking as isnt departing uk. At least my interpretation and understanding of the t and c!
