Any chance I might have a case to argue here? Purchase was made 9/16 evening, and the charge officially posted 9/17. Shouldn’t this technically have triggered the $200 credit?

i have seen quite a few people affected as well. one person posted this reply from amex
This is a known issue & our team is working on it as we speak. They have yet not share anytime frame. However, I will check this further.
not sure what will happen, but no harm logging a case with them
