- The crew was talking about a choice of £60 e voucher or 4,000 Avios and I was the only one asking for Avios. The purser told me that he was not sure about 4,000 but he will ask for a maximum amount. Last night I wrote to BA that £15 is a ridiculous compensation to OneWorld Emerald and asked again for Avios. Just got email back with a goodwill £85 voucher. Not sure I will ever use it. A lady next to me told that this was her third BA flight with not functioning entertainment.
