Interim report. BA has some cancellations today due to the Collins event yesterday, listed below. These are due to requests at the arriving airport, not due to LHR, which for once had a bit more resilience than BRU or BER.

For the rest of LHR, around 14 airlines are back to normal operations, and around 60 airlines have some functionality. The big ones with restored capability are Delta, Emirates and the Lufthansa Group. AA is in the "60 group". Qatar is in the "none of the above" group. However I think there is growing confidence that LHR will be OK today, with perhaps some congestion in T4 this evening if there are no further system improvements.

BA992 BER - cancelled at 04:00
BA982 BER - cancelled at 04:00
BA392 BRU - cancelled late yesterday
One of the things that this event has shown is that self service options at LHR have held up well and airlines who have activated self service bag drop have come off better for the most part. Whereas agents couldn’t log into desks to do any processing, they were able to get customers to check in and/or print bag tags off which kept things flowing for the most part. Some airlines, including BA have back up kits using laptops with bag tap and boarding card printers that can be deployed.
