I’m planning same scheme but using the 2nd prop tax payment first thing in Jan to run for the ‘26-‘27 CP
Two things.
1 - Assume you already know all CP points reset on Jan 1 to ZERO.
2 - Any spend on credit card starting the day after your statement closes in Dec will not count until the Jan statement. So - do NOT have to wait until Jan.
