During the stay, multiple staff who rode the elevator with me did not hold the door open button for me and other guests. One time, they were on their phone and blocked the elevator door before we could get off. Whereas staff at the PH would always proactively wai and greet passing by guests, staff here would often look away and not greet. On multiple occasions, they didn’t open the door at the lobby; after opening it myself, they would just nod at me like greeting a friend.
