Standard at the moment for J is between 15k and 18k. WTP may well therefore sit around 12k. But yes, a £15 voucher is insulting - push back on it. Did the IFL log this at the time? They are able to give instant* Avios compensation via their iPad..

* instant as in when the report unloads after landing.
