I just flew Premium Economy LHR-PHL on a newly configured A350 with in-flight entertainment not working for a few rows of seats for the entire duration of the flight. Tonight I received an email from BA Global services with a 15 British pound voucher valid for 1 year. I think this is totally ridiculous: I told the purser that I would like Avios to my Exec Club account. I have no status with BA and this was last moment AA rebooking because my LHR-JFL was cancelled. I do not like to complain but the 15 quid voucher is insulting.
