I apologize as I am reposted but I had reposted in a different SDC thread;
I am not trying to beat a dead horse......but do we have any "official" answer? This is from Delta.com.
. Is there somewhere else on Delta.com or officially released by Delta I can use to argue the policy if not? I have a situation coming up I need to be able to swap to a later flight possibly.
