Has anyone managed to solve the above problems? If so, what was the magical solution?
I'm suddenly getting the same "Sorry, something went wrong... Please try again." error messages all the previous users in this thread complained about.
I tried logging out and in again, clearing all cache/data in my browser, anonymous mode, other browsers, mobile phone, app - nothing is working. No matter which route I try to search for a possible reward ticket, I suddenly get this message all the time. The same counts for trying to search for a revenue ticket when logged in - it simply won't pull up any fares, and I get the same error message.... Really, really annoying!
