It's far far more than you get on a CE afternoon tea (3 small dry sandwiches, some tiny cake and a single scone). A lot more larger proportioned cake for one. I rarely finish it. Also, how much afternoon tea does a single person require on a flight after a main meal a few hours earlier - we eat far too many calories and this serving is pretty much like eating four or five slices of cake, which we'd never do back home.
