Comment: First time staying here, I received an email about 1 week prior about my reservation. I booked hotel transfer from the train station to the hotel (round trip) and also asked the concierge about creating an itinerary for our 3.5 days in Prague. I was checked-in right after the hotel transfer, given a credit for two drinks at the bar and shown to the room. The room was in the Spa wing which is fine as it was still quiet but in the morning, it's a little awkward having to walk out while they are doing morning yoga classes and such. The restaurant is also in the main building so I typically had to walk down some hallway in the basement to get there. The hallway is made into a bit of a mini museum though so it's not just a sparse empty hallway, which is nicer.
Welcome gift was chocolates and a bottle of champagne. (My pic doesn't show the champagne but it was there!)
The F&B credit is better than I expected as the food in the restaurant is not as pricey (we're also light eaters). We ate dinner at the Monastiq after checking in and I remember the credit was enough for 2 entrees and a desert and an appetizer
