Just checked into the room on the 19th floor. Wow the music on the rooftop club was extremely loud. You can feel the vibration from the music. They say the music stops at midnight. If you are sensitive to loud music, definitely avoid the higher floors. I can still hear the street noise on the 19th floor. So I think if you are sensitive to noise, this is not a hotel for you.
The only time I stayed here, they put us in a tiny little closet on 20. I immediately went back downstairs and asked for a room away from the bar and we wound up on 12 with a view uptown. That room was fine. Just normal NYC street noise.
