CFAR is another 15%, as usual - but what I haven't seen before is

Cancel for any reason up until (check in date) and get a full refund (including CFAR ree) back to your original payment method.

Get a resolution through Capital One Travel without contacting the hotel or completing forms.

This $CFAR fee is included in your refund upon cancellation.

Our plans are not final yet, and there is only one room left. Any reason NOT to book this with CFAR, and then cancel and rebook non-refundable once plans firm up ($1000+/nt room, so not trivial).
