Yes I have already requested special assistance for my mom via the app. However, it will not help all three of us to go through the passport control quickly (only one person is allowed to accompany during Special Assistance).
I’m guessing it will still be a good idea to check in as early as possible.
So my question stands, how early can we check in? We all have Star Alliance Gold status, so I am assuming we will be able to use the premium check in if it helps.
