It also, to an extent, depends on the culture of the flight .. some destinations (domestic and international) are a bit more ... active ... So the level of nose/congregation near a lav will be higher than a more buttoned down conservative/business cleaning destination... But also the PE-to-lav physical relationship also has the advantage of not really having floor space for people to congregate in compared to The Y+ to lav where there's typically (not sure about the 773) ample space for people to hang out/queue/do yoga/etc. in front of uou
