We have a booking on Monday for a restaurant that qualifies. I am hoping that the $150 can include tax and tip, as otherwise I don't think we'll make that amount. I don't see anything in the Ts and Cs disallowing this but if you do, please comment.

I am a bit concerned that it says purchases processed by the restaurant with a mobile or wireless card reader might not qualify. Most restaurants are moving to this type of payment.
