The property has its merits — the location is convenient, breakfast is good, the property is new, and in my case I booked a panoramic view room precisely to secure the outlook, even if the price was indeed steep for Poland.
Thanks nicolas, yes I read your review at the beginning of this thread, so I decided to stay here though I have a few more top tiers with other hotel groups.

Of course, I did not expect what you got, but did expect river views and emailed a while ago. I also included some other things in the email (very late arrival after midnight, breakfast amenity, etc.), nothing was acknowledged, even they asked me if I would cancel the booking before my arrival. I also asked if they saw my email on check in and they located my email, but obviously did not pay any attention.

Yes, the hotel is relatively new, but my room is like a modern HIX. I don't know other rooms, but my views are just higher buildings, I will rather stay at non chain hotels if treated like this. I know what you want to say, but I think this hotel is just rubbish in my book. (The breakfast was not that good, no egg menu and not as many selections as seen in your photos.)

Elite tier recognition is zero, I would not recommend staying at this property if you expect elite benefits.
