Yes, but to be fair that's a very specialist requirement - only anoraks like us would actually consider paying an extra tenner for a few more miles. The vast majority want to see the cheapest non-flexible or the cheapest flexible fare available. I'm not aware of any booking engine other than a CSR on the phone who can easily do what you ask for (although there's a spatchcocked way of doing it with travelocity).
