We were there last Sat-Tues and did not hear anything from the upstairs bar. Maybe it is tamer on Saturday. I thought our room, with Canal Street view and stuck behind the elevator would be noisy but it was pretty quiet for a Manhattan hotel.
On the elevator, people were talking about how loud it was last (Thursday) night.
Not sure which floor you were on, but I can’t imagine Sat being any quieter.
