Honestly, last time I was in Gdanask about a year and a half ago, Uber from Airport to Gdansk and also Sopot (which is probably the same distance to the Airport up the coast) was about £7. Not very expensive at all.

Speaking of Sopot, if you go to Gdansk, do a day trip up the coast to Sopot. Fantastic little place on the Baltic Sea. I've been a couple of times. It's beautiful. Again, in an Uber from Gdansk it was around £7/£8 too.

Gdansk Airport to Gdansk, Gdansk Airport to Sopot, Gdansk to Sopot and vice-versa are all approx the same distance and price in an Uber. It must be equidistant as far as mileage goes.
