On Wednesday, 3 September 2025 the court issued an Order (Docket # 111) Granting a Stipulation Re: Amendment of Case Management Deadlines. From the docket summary:

Close of Fact Discovery due by 2/27/2026. Designation of Experts due by 3/31/2026. Designation of Rebuttal Experts due by 5/8/2026. Close of Expert Discovery due by 6/5/2026. Dispositive Motion due by 8/6/2026. Hearing on Dispositive Motions set for 9/10/2026 10:00 AM. Pretrial Conference set for 1/14/2027. Final Pretrial Conference set for 2/11/2027. Jury Trial set for 2/22/2027 09:30 AM.

This will give the Ninth Circuit time to decide the interlocutory appeal over the preliminary injunction, before the Monday, 22 February 2027 trial.
