Having the same issue with a LHR flight. It wouldn't find the booking from PNR and surname, so I entered everything (inc address) manually. It then gets stuck on the "submitting claim" page. No idea if it actually submitted or not.

Sorry I don't have an answer, but you aren't the only one. I might try contacting them on Twitter and see if there is another option.
