Finding e-ticket in the new MMB portal

The old manage my booking portal has the option to, view, print and email a copy of the e-ticket at any time.

The new MMB portal doesn't seem to have this functionality. Is there a work around which allows me to view the current e-ticket?

This became an issue for me yesterday when I received a snapchat call from my daughter (her phone had be stolen 2 days previously so snapchat was all she had which worked) in a panic at Rio de Janiero (GIG) check in telling me the agents couldn't check her in as she didn't have a ticket for her BA258 flight to LHR. I had made and paid for the booking (plus I have 3rd party authority on her BAC account) which contained a 2 night hotel stay so was a BAH booking. The return flight date had been changed backed in July, all relevant change fees paid and all looked good within MMB but as the booking was within the new portal layout I couldn't see the e-ticket.

I called the GGL line yesterday evening who immediately identified that although the booking had been amended re-ticketing hadn't occurred, an email from the GGL agent to the BAH Duty office resulted in a call to me from the duty office whilst still speaking with the GGL line agent. The BAH duty office agent confirmed the ticket issue and explained he would reissue immediately, a 3 way conversation between me holding 2 phones, my daughter and the BAH agent and my daughter was able to check in 25 minutes before the flight closed. Don't know what caused the re-ticketing issue other than the BAH agent suspected an automated IT issue post reservation change. The way the GGL agent and the BAH duty office resolved this was customer service at its best and took 18 minutes from me first dialling the GGL number and my daughter holding her boarding pass. Stressful for my daughter whilst it was resolved but she boarded the flight.

Hopefully this won't occur again but is there a way to actually check the e-ticket within the new MMB portal especially after a booking has been changed?
