I am loving this 'refresh', especially on the heels of the crappy Sapphire Reserve devaluation. I really hope the Chase and Citi lurkers are watching to see how it is done. AMEX really surprised me here. I only have two of these cards, but am definietely keeping both of them. Strata Elite is a 11 month and done, and the CSR is likely getting downgraded in my wallet as well. Really plesantly surprised.
