this is Delta IT after all. Being such a frequent logger-inner isn't going to get you 360 IT status. You're probably the cause of all of our own problems. But we only log in once a day.
joking. I can't figure it out. Their website on my computer invariably doesn't work. I more often than not start on computer because of convenience then half way through the issues remember to pick up the phone and use that instead!
