tier-point-meggadon ive been flying a lot more with EasyJet. the EasyJet website/app just works... (ok they try and sell cars, bags, insurance etc), but it does work.. what a poor situation that basic stuff consistently doesn't work...
EDIT - went back to MMB looks like it might have cancelled... another thing to watch/follow up... painful really

got the avios back.. apparently its a
good will gesture.. geez, now need to scour through credit car... what makes it tricky is i have 3 or 4 flights a month, and i usually cancel 1 for various reasons, but its almost impossible to work out which ones have be refunded now...

Oh and make yet another booking (reward) that didnt issue an eTicket - have a PNR, google wallet says money taken, but dont see money or avios taken... this happens for at least 1 out of 3 reward bookingsI make..... i have half a dozen broken bookings that i need to get fixed (eTicket issues, money and points taken)...
