The website? As I said, “no luck.”
The app? Had already checked in, ergo unable to do it through the app. (Did ask the phone CSR if she could offload us but she claimed to be unable to do so because “no inventory,” which might make sense if I were asking to be fully rebooked, which I wasn’t.)
