I was given a voucher for each party in my booking, Including our infant. I presume if your guest isn’t on your ticket; isn’t in CE and/or isn’t a status holder, they won’t get a voucher.
Seeing the replies since my visit end of August, I wonder if there has been a policy shift from handing out vouchers to anyone that wants them (I just requested them at check in and was promptly given without any haggling) to now only giving them if the lounges are full or closed… ?
