Are the LHR T5 lounges better since the new Club rules were implemented?
My first BA trip this year, flying J out on 1 Oct and F back (LHR-JFK) and wondering the if the J Galleries lounge is better (quieter/better choice of food etc) than it was in the good old days where anyone could get Silver.

Is it even worth going to the J lounge, if it's still rammed and frankly not great?

Hopefully it's more of a premium experience than it ever was!
