I think it should be 12+2 and 14+2, since the per credit cost of the 12 and 14 credit flight passes are the same, as per default. If the bonus credits were included that wouldn't be the case.
edit: the wording in the promotional email sent out about this is clear that it's 12+2 and 14+2.
