Mozilla offers the Firefox/Thunderbird set as a CD that you can buy for $6.95, and get guidebooks, other merchandise OR you can download the files. They are the same exact thing, and actually, downloading would be guaranteed to be more current than purchasing their cd. I'm not really sure what the benefit of buying the cd would be, but I guess some people do it or they wouldnt bother making them.
