Yeah, the best you can pick is the class of ticket which determines what section of the arena you're in but individual seats are down to luck.
I'm trying to remember how it was for the Rugby World Cup 2019 tickets.. I had a seat at the end of a row which made it really easy to get up when I wanted to without bothering anyone in the row.
