1st time ever flying AZ long haul (FCO-YYZ), and sure thing I got one, with complimentary seat assignment reshuffle in which every couple on board has been split and scattered around. Oh, and boarding by bus!

Old worn out plane, scratched everywhere, no storage space at the seat... I'm not even going to wait for the survey, I'll send a complain as soon as I'm back home. I don't care if they do not reply, I want to say something anyway.

I bought the tickets in a promo sale. If I had to pay more than I did I would be quite annoyed

Even TK 777 with the 2-3-2 config looks better...
