Anyone applied any credits here before their stay? Trying to get them to run 5 Surpass credits before the new quarter, and the girl who answered the phone wasn't sure and she'd talk to her manager. And also curious about any recent stay experiences
9/21 update: Called during the day, and the manager was not interested at all in pre-applying the credits. His words were "our accounting team advised us not to do that". They don't sell any spa gift cards either. So, in my experience, there is no way to pre-authorize credits, which is annoying, given that I have had many other hotels do it with no problem. Welp, I'll burn my 2 aspire credits here since it's a resort property and my $500 in 10 Hilton giftcards, so I hope they enjoy swiping all those at the desk since they didn't wanna let me have $$$$ applied before I arrived. The forced valet fee and the useless resort fee (thank god I am on an award stay to dodge that) have me expecting to get nickel-and-dimed the entire time, but I will update after my stay in November.
