I called and they said it was potentially all aircraft including ATR, Q300 but that it wasn't available on my flight. In retrospect maybe it's too early to enquire for that, flight is a month or so away? I managed to sort my issue and no longer need it but I am curious now how that process works.

That exact information has been in the thread pictured below, in the wiki at the top for quite some time. I think myself and ZKNHB seem to be the only ones that update it but anyone can check flightradar and update the wiki. I don't think the info needs to be in 2 places, but not sure it belongs here? But I'm not doing the upkeep of the same info in 2 places. Will have a think about it but It's been on the other thread for a long time. I haven't finished with this thread/wiki but it's something I work on when I have time for it. The main base is there though which is more of a "best/worst" seat on the plane and where to sit type thread so it has the layouts and that type of advice. Can maybe ask the moderators to modify the heading on the other thread to indicate its the new refurbished 787s so it's more obvious for people where to look for that info?
