If there is no ingredients label nor if the FA can confirm what it is, there is no way I would be eating that while on an airplane. Mrs. Swede also avoids dairy, and the special meals have been hit-or-miss. She always brings along shelf-stable foods if she doesn't feel comfortable with what is presented.
