Plan:
Today I book wife and daughter on an outbound and return in November. We use her points for both RT tickets.
Early November, my wife earns CP status. We designate me as the companion, and I get the almost-free RT ticket on the flights I'm booking today for wife and daughter.
This works, right? Thanks.
That’s how it works. Pass holder can add their companion to any qualifying flight they are booked on, regardless of how paid, regardless of when booked, as long as there’s at least one seat available.
