Hi,

IMO LHR T3 is the best LHR terninal for lounge hopping if you are on a One World Carrier or OW status.
Also if you have the right American Express Card then there is also the American Express centurion lounge in LHR T3.
I have spent 6 hours at LHR T3 before a cathay pacific flight and it passed quickly ( I also had a 9 hr layover in HKG but in that case went landside, took the Airport Express to hong kong station, rode the star ferry , saw the lights in Victoria harbour before heading back to HKG for a shower and dinner and relaxing before an 0200 flight to Osaka but could also spend hours in HKG
