Good day, all. I'm trying to submit a claim for missing Avios from a recent JAL flight, yet I don't see JAL on the list of airlines:

Reached out to BA via Twitter and they say JAL is on the list. They asked for a screenshot which I have subsequently provided. I've tried several browsers. Very odd. If anyone is able to check/confirm, I'd appreciate knowing if you're seeing JAL.
