All avios bookings are refundable less a cash fee once cancellation is more than 24 hours before departure this is clearly stated in the terms and in the confirmation email. If within 24 hours the avios are lost but you are entitled to get the taxes and government charges less the cancellation fee refunded.
Top of the booking confirmation it says 'Thank you for booking with Avios Group (AGL) Limited.'
So thats the first item, the tickets are sold by 'Avios Group (AGL) Limited.' who are effectively a travel agent who issue tickets
The tickets cannot be managed/cancelled or altered in any way via aerlingus.com as the ticket not sold by Aer Lingus, this is the same for any ticket issued by anyone else, travel agent, other airline
