You were right. Quickly sorted, with accounts combined. I hope all of my AS interactions go as well, I've been dealing with AA and QR reps mainly for the past few years, the AS agent was fast, very friendly. I'm not use to that any longer....

You could see if your AS account shows any sign of Summit benefits. E.g., look for the lounge and WiFi passes.
