It used to be possible with SK. Nowadays it doesn't quite work in terms of entering a new FFP but in my experience, if you try it, it will simply throw the existing number out of the booking. Then you can add a new one directly with AFKL.
You're right! It kicks it out on the SK website, but AF/KL still show my Virgin number for some reason even though SK does not. I wonder if it takes some time? or it's just broken.
