The clearance from AF and KL both arrived even over the weekend. It was good to see that this was being handled over the weekend as well. The fee for carrying our dog will be paid closer to departure over the phone, or at the airport, depending on whether all our paperwork comes through in time. I'll post the next update along with the experience of traveling in about a month.
