They were able to eventually move me to another room where temperature could be set AC to 20.5C and that solved the issue, but it took some time and convincing.
Was a perfect stay otherwise, no upgrade but I didn't need it anyway.
We stayed there one night a few months back. The hotel was fine but I didn't like the process of getting there and returning - and I wasn't keen on the lack of food options around the hotel. We grabbed a taxi at the airport and the driver was very unhappy with us though my understanding is he can regain his place in the rank if he returned in an hour. And there was an Uber hoving at the hotel in the morning so that worked out ok.
