Stayed there for one night recently, everything was great except for one issue - hotel had AC set to 22C(72F) for all rooms and there was no way to change it. They were able to eventually move me to another room where temperature could be set AC to 20.5C and that solved the issue, but it took some time and convincing.
Was a perfect stay otherwise, no upgrade but I didn't need it anyway.
